Brief about the Personality Development Committee 2026-28
All 21 members of the committee are aligned with the purpose:
"To work for the self-development of the members of the KVO community."
An Orientation Meeting is conducted with the objective of aligning all members to the committee's purpose and working methodology.
Members are introduced to the terminology which is frequently used in committee's communication. Members are explained the concepts such as Alignment, Completion, Communication, Responsibility, Possibility, Listening, Transparency, and Mastering the Work. These principles established a common language and culture for the committee moving forward.

Also all the members agree to follow certain protocols named as agreements. They include

3. Listen
4. Support others
5. Acknowledge others
6. Do Homework

Bindas Bol - Elocution and Debate competition
It's the flagship programme conducted by this committee. The committee successfully organises Bindas Bol with the full sponsorship support of "Matrushri Laxmiben Harshi Narshi Gala" since more than 38 years. An interactive and engaging event focused on building confidence, improving communication skills and encouraging participants to express their thoughts freely. The event receives enthusiastic participation. It creates a positive platform for the community to overcome stage fear, develop public speaking abilities and foster meaningful interactions. The topics are also selected after a lot of deliberation keeping in mind the current scenario of the KVO community. Different topics are carefully chosen for different age groups. The competition is organised at 3 levels; Local, Semi-finals and Finals. The success of the event reflects the committee's commitment to personal growth and members' development.

Future Initiatives
The Personality Development Committee is committed to organise more impactful and engaging activities in the coming years. Several events are currently in the planning phase, focusing on:

* Leadership development
* Communication and public speaking
* Team building activities
* Personality enhancement workshops
With these initiatives, the committee aims to strengthen the KVO community and creating opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth for the members too.
