Shri K.V.O. Seva samaj had arranged a Graduate Samelan on April 30th 2000 at Shanmukhanand Hall. About 2500 graduates of the society were present in the samelan. A 90 minutes session was arranged in this samelan on Information Technology Committee was set to take up the activities related to computer, telecommunication and information technology.

To start with number of Computer Awareness Seminars were arranged in various areas of Mumbai with the help of Local Institutions. The seminars were arranged in the Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Jogeshwari in the Western Suburbs, Dombivali, Mulund, Matunga in Central Suburbs and also in Vashi (Navi Mumbai) and Mazagaon in proper Mumbai.

After these seminar need was arose for basic computer training at reasonable rate as there were high charges for computer basic training and it was not possible for common men to go for it. Seva Samaj decided to arrange for training at low rates. It chalked out training program with fixed hours for important packages at fixed rates. Computer classes of all over Mumbai joined this campaign and showed their willingness to impart training at lower rates fixed by the Seva Samaj. Students who could not afford even these rates were considered for further concession in fees.

The Committee also decided to arrange for mechanisation of administration of Seva Samaj through Computerization. Accordingly activity of Sanjivani Swasthaya Yojana was computerised. List of all PolicyHolders and their data were computerised.

Subsequently, following office activities were computerised.
